Joyce Grant’s kid-friendly, award-winning news website, TeachingKidsNews.com (TKN), has kept hundreds of thousands of kids around the world informed since 2010.
While it has been hiatus (because of the wretched firehose of news every day which, as we’re sure you will agree, hasn’t exactly been conducive to creating kid-friendly articles) there is an internationally positive event we just had to post about: the mission of Artemis II.
Thanks to TKN’s science writer, Monique Conrod, who summarized the fascinating mission, making it informative for kids and helpful for parents and teachers in the classroom. As with all of TKN’s 1,000 articles in our archives, this one includes links to websites and videos that are relevant to this story.
TKN’s articles are free to use online or in the classroom as long as you credit TeachingKidsNews.com and include a link back to our website. (They’re not free for commercial ventures or printed materials–in that case, please contact us for more information about usage rights.)
